Job Description
- Candidates are accountable at this post to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, processes, collective agreements and employment legislation to the review and audit of transactions submitted by departmental supervisors and managers working at this post.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a 2 year post-secondary or community college diploma in business or related fields to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a Human Resources and/or Payroll functional area to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have customer service practices to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a working knowledge of Payroll/HR policies, processes and procedures to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a dedicated Microsoft Office Suite and other corporate standard software when required to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and the ability to produce spreadsheets and statistical reports to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must work independently and within a team environment to provide optimal client service to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively on complex issues, have superior client service skills, and be patient and tactful with clients and staff to be eligible for this post.
