Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be accurate, client focus, flexible, and reliable
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures
• The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports
• The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work
• The candidates should be able to resolve work related problems, plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff, co-ordinate, assign and review work
• The candidates should be able to train workers in duties and policies
• The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
