Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook full meals, individual dishes, and specialty foods.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions, including allergies and intolerances.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain records.
• Supervise kitchen staff and assistants.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas.
• Organize buffets and banquets.
• Oversee and manage overall kitchen operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliability and teamwork abilities.
