Position: Barn Worker

Salary: $17.23 per hour (35–45 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and care for animals
• Feed and tend to livestock
• Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
• Perform general farm duties

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• No formal education required
• Experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and reliability skills

Work Environment:

• Hog and pig farming operation
• Exposure to dusty, hot, wet, and dirty conditions
• Noisy work environment requiring high concentration
• Strong odours present on-site
• Rural work setting

Work Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Physically demanding tasks with repetitive work
• Heavy lifting required
• Standing for long hours
