I am a results-driven Environmental and Project Management Specialist with over eight years of progressive experience in international development, infrastructure, and environmental governance. 

I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership gained through working with reputable organizations such as the United Nations, projects funded by the World Bank, and African Development Bank across Africa.

My core competencies span environmental and social safeguards, climate change resilience, sustainable finance, ESG integration, WASH, and cross-border infrastructure coordination. I have successfully led and contributed to complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fragile and high-impact contexts, including post-conflict and cross-jurisdictional settings. My work has included preparing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), ensuring compliance with international standards, and fostering collaboration among governments, NGOs, and development partners.

I hold an MBA in Project Management, a Specialist Degree in Environmental Engineering, and a CAPM certification. I am proficient in tools such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, SPSS, ERP, and Microsoft Project, with fluency in English, Russian, Bemba, and Nyanja.
