Myself Rasika Rajdhar from nashik. I have academic, research, and industry experience in biotechnology. I published a B.Sc. paper on Bacillus species (antibiogram and hemolysis) and completed an M.Sc. project on Multifunctional Bacterial Cellulose-Based Textiles Enhanced with Phyto-Extracts for biomedical applications. I trained in HPLC at Sanvi Research Laboratory and gained exposure to Biology, Fermentation, Food, and Pharma departments at Biolaxi Enzymes Pvt Ltd.and ARPAN Blood Bank. Additionally, I worked for one year as Sales Executive at New Red Lab Equipments, enhancing my technical, communication, and client-handling skills.
