For over a decade, I worked with India’s leading telecom company, Bharti Airtel Limited, and later with AT&T, a leading US-based company, specializing in vendor and dispute management. In my most recent role at Deloitte, I was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing various projects, where I gained valuable knowledge in the customer service lifecycle and automation.
