Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS) , ACI, ASTM, BS, SBC (Saudi Building Code), and NEC (National Electrical Code).

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, ACI, ASTM, SBC, and BS standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and documentation audits to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
Prepare and review Method Statements (MS), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Material Submittals (MAR) for consultant approval.
Enforce non-conformance procedures (NCR & CAR), ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Maintain quality control for reinforced concrete, formwork, rebar, earthworks, and structural steel erection.

2. Submittals & Documentation

Review and submit Shop Drawings, MEP Coordination Drawings, and Civil Execution Plans.
Ensure that all materials meet project specifications before procurement and installation.
Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (RFI) and Site Observation Reports (SOR).
Oversee the preparation of As-Built Drawings, Closeout Reports, and Final Handover Documents.

3. Coordination & Project Execution

Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and third-party testing agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct pre-construction, progress, and quality review meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to resolve design conflicts.
Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and QA/QC inspectors in executing quality standards.

4. Additional QA/QC Responsibilities-Electrical & Mechanical

Electrical QA/QC: Inspection of cable tray installations, conduit work, voltage drop calculations, power panels, earthing systems, and short circuit studies.
Mechanical QA/QC: Supervision of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, fire fighting systems, drainage & water supply networks.
